Step 1. Go to www.metamask.io/download

Step 2. Click on 'Install MetaMask for Chrome'

Step 3. Click on 'Add to Chrome'

Step 4. Click on 'Add Extension'

Step 5. Click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms Of Use

Step 6. Click on 'Create new wallet'

Step 7. Click on 'Agree'

Step 8. Type in a password

Step 9. Confirm your new password

Step 10. Click on the checkbox to confirm you understand

Step 11. Click on 'Create New Wallet'

Step 12. Click on 'Secure My Wallet'

Step 13. Click on 'Reveal Secret Recovery Phrase'

Step 14. Write down your Secret Recovery Phrase somewhere safe.

Note: Your account cannot be recovered without this phrase, should you lose the password. it is important that you keep it somewhere safe, and that you do not lose it.
