How To Close All Kucoin Positions And Withdraw Your Funds
The following guide will show you how you can close all of your open positions on Kucoin and withdraw your funds to another exchange.
NOTE: If you close all of your open positions & don't withdraw your capital immediately afterwards, FinRev will open new positions at the next rollover (UTC 0:00 daily).
Closing All Of Your Kucoin Positions
Click log in
Log into your Kucoin account (most people have set up FinRev on a subaccount)
Ensure you are logged into your account that is connected to FinRev
Hover your mouse over Derivatives>USD-Margined Contracts and click on BTC Perpetual
Navigate to the bottom of the screen where you can see your open positions.
Click on 'Market' under the 'Close Positions' tab
Click on '100%', and then click 'Confirm'.
NOTE: At the time of creating this guide, there is no way to close all open positions at once. You will need to close each individual position.
Withdrawing Your Funds
If you have connected FinRev to a subaccount, you will need to log into your main account to commence the transfer process from your subaccount to your main account, and to complete a withdrawal.
Log into your main Kucoin account
Hover over your profile icon
Select: 'Sub-Account'
From the sub-account menu, go to your new sub-account and select 'Transfer'
Click the button displayed below to reverse the transfer order
Transfer USDT from your Subaccount - Futures Account to your Master (Funding/Main) Account - Funding Account
Select: 'Confirm'
Once the transfer is complete, a success message will be displayed on the screen
Once your account is funded, your FinRev trades will commence at 00:00 UTC. Please note that if your API connection occurs close to 00:00 UTC you may miss the upcoming trades and commence the following day.
Click on 'Assets'.
Click on 'Withdraw'.
- Enter the wallet address you are withdrawing to, along with the network you are using to send the crypto.
NOTE: If you are unfamiliar with the withdrawal process, you can click on Kucoin's FAQ guide highlighted in the above picture.
