How To Log Withdrawals/Deposits In Your FinRev Account

All deposits that are manually logged in your FinRev account will be added as ‘Net Principal’ in your FinRev dashboard. If you do not manually log a deposit that you have made into your FinRev account, the additional capital will display as ‘Profit’ on your FinRev dashboard.

FinRev always subtracts any withdrawals that are manually logged from your ‘Net Principal’, until the ‘Net Principal’ figure reaches $0. Once the ‘Net Principal’ figure reaches $0, all subsequent manually logged withdrawals will be taken from ‘Profit’.

If you are withdrawing from ‘Profits’ and wish for your ‘Net Principal’ to remain the same, please do not manually log the withdrawal.

This guide shows you how to find your transfer records on your exchange, and how to log the deposits and withdrawals in your FinRev account. Think of them as two separate steps.

dYdX

If you have connected FinRev to dYdX, your deposits and withdrawals will be auto-reported. Please DO NOT manually log any deposits or withdrawals to ensure that your FinRev dashboard is accurate.

Also, please note that if you have selected the 'fast withdraw' option on dYdX, you will be charged an additional fee that is withdrawn from the funds you have deposited to dYdX. The amount withdrawn + the additional fee is the total withdrawal amount that will be reflected on your FinRev dashboard.

The 'transfers' section of the dYdX website does not accurately reflect the net withdrawal amount when using 'fast deposit' - you will need to download the report to see the net withdrawal amounts from your account.
