How To Check If Your FinRev Account Is Trading
If you've recently connected your FinRev account, reconnected your API or are concerned that your account is not trading there are several steps you can take to check whether your account is trading before seeking help from support.
Check Your Equity Curve in FinRev
- Log into the FinRev account that you wish to check on
- Ensure 'Dashboard' is selected
- Hover your mouse over the most recent plot on the equity curve to check what the last date that registered was
- If this date was within 24 hours of the current time, it's likely that your account is still connected but there are further checks you can run as seen below
Check Your Trade History in FinRev
- Log into the FinRev account that you wish to check on
- Ensure 'Dashboard' is selected
- Select 'Trade History'
- Check that there have been trades placed in the last 48 hours. If there have, your account is likely still trading.
Check Your Email Inbox
We send out automated emails each day after the rollover (00:00 UTC) to all accounts with which we have detected an error. Sometimes these emails land in the spam or promotions folders in your email inbox.
Please ensure you have carefully checked all folders in your email inbox for an automated email from the sender 'Financial Revolution' altering you to an issue with your FinRev account.
