Transferring Cryptocurrency From Your Fiat Exchange to Bybit

Most people will not be able to fund Bybit with Fiat currency directly, and you will likely need to set up an account with a Fiat exchange, convert your fiat currency to cryptocurrency and transfer the cryptocurrency to Bybit.

Below are examples of how to fund your Bybit account by transferring cryptocurrency from:

• Coinbase

Note: If you are transferring cryptocurrency to connect FinRev to Bybit, you will need ti purchase & transfer USDT

Note: Please ensure you have funded your fiat exchange and converted the fiat currency to cryptocurrency before proceeding with the steps below.

Coinbase

• Ensure you're logged into your Coinbase account
• Click on 'Send Crypto'

• Click on 'Send' to select the cryptocurrency you'd like to send

• Enter the amount you'd like to send

• Open a new tab and log into your Bybit account
• Hover your mouse over the profile icon in the top right
• Click on 'Deposit' from the menu that appears

• Click to select the cryptocurrency you'd like to send from Coinbase

• Click to select the network you'd like to send the cryptocurrency on

Note: If you are sending USDT or USDC we recommend sending via the 'Arbitrum One' network to save money on gas fees. If you've decided to send on another network, it's critical that you select the matching network in Coinbase when completing the transfer.

• Click 'Acknowledge'

• Click 'Copy' next to your wallet address

• Navigate back to the tab where Coinbase is open
• Click 'To'

• Scroll down and select 'Arbitrum'

• Paste your Bybit wallet address in the box
• Click on the wallet address as it appears below

• Ensure the network is correct
• Click on 'Preview Send'

• Ensure all of the details look correct
• Click 'Send now'

• Allow up to 15 minutes for the transfer to be completed
• Open up the tab with your Bybit account
• Hover your mouse over the profile icon in the top right of the screen
• Click on 'Assets'
• Click on 'Assets Overview'

• Click on 'Asset'
• You should now see your transfer in your account

Coinspot

• Ensure you're logged into your Coinspot account
• Click on 'Wallets'
• Select the coin you wish to transfer
• Click on 'Open Wallet' next to the coin you wish to transfer

• Click 'Send'

• Select which network you'd like to send the crypto on

  
  

Note: If you are sending USDT we recommend sending via the 'Tron (TRC20)' network to save money on gas fees. If you've decided to send on another network, it's critical that you select the matching network in Coinspot when completing the transfer.

• Enter the amount you wish to transfer

• Open a new tab and log into your Bybit account
• Hover your mouse over the profile icon in the top right
• Click on 'Deposit' from the menu that appears

• Click to select the cryptocurrency you'd like to send from Coinbase

• Click to select the network you'd like to send the cryptocurrency on. Ensure this matches what you've selected in Coinspot or your fund may be lost during the transfer process.

• Click 'Acknowledge'

• Click 'Copy' next to your wallet address

• Navigate back to the tab where you have your Coinspot account open
• Paste the wallet address in the box

• Enter your 2FA code from your Authenticator app
• Click 'Send'

• Complete any verification that is required
• Allow up to 15 minutes for the transfer to be completed
• Open up the tab with your Bybit account
• Hover your mouse over the profile icon in the top right of the screen
• Click on 'Assets'
• Click on 'Assets Overview'

• Click on 'Asset'
• You should now see your transfer in your account
