FinRev Lite/Silver Trading Guide
Please note that FinRev Lite has since been renamed as FinRev Silver. This guide uses the term 'FinRev Lite' throughout, which is synonymous with FinRev Silver.
The following guide will walk you through the steps all the way from getting set up for FinRev Lite, to placing daily trades using the signals.
Please be sure to read the trading guidelines before placing any trades, even if you are an experienced trader, to ensure you understand how the signals work.
Selecting & Setting Up an Exchange Account/s
Please refer to our Exchange Guide for information on the different types of exchanges and the most up to date information on which exchanges are available in various locations around the world.
Once you've completed the steps from the 'FinRev Silver' section of the Exchange Guide, you'll need to complete the steps below.
Buy USDT & Transfer The Funds To Your Futures Exchange
The video below walks through the process of transferring BTC from Coinspot to Binance. The process is identical when buying USDT, but instead of buying BTC, you need to buy USDT.
If you are transferring using other exchanges, the buttons may appear in different places but the basic process is identical.
Trading Guidelines
Definitions
Today’s trades - Today’s new trading signals
Current open positions - Trades that are currently open
Closed positions - Trades that have been recently closed
Open long - Opening a 'Long' trading position in anticipation of the price going up
Open short - Opening a 'Short' trading position in anticipation of the price going down
Close long - Closing a 'Long' trading position
Close short - Opening a 'Short' trading position
Guidelines
Trade signals (Buy, Sell, Hold, Close signals) will be provided daily at approximately 00:05 UTC
Trade signals are specifically for USDT Perpetual Futures and must be placed on a futures exchange
Maximum open positions at any given time is 20
- Trading capital should be divided by 20 - 5% of total trading capital should be allocated to each position
Open/close positions for all tokens listed under 'Today's trades'
Any open trade positions should be monitored daily and adjustments based on any new signals should be made as required
Leverage should only be used by experienced traders. Default leverage should be set to 1x
No stop losses or profit targets are provided. Exit signals will be issued when it's time to close a positions. Risk management is achieved through our position sizing guidelines.
If you are an experienced trader & wish to allocate your capital differently that the guidelines above, feel free to do so at your own discretion.
