BG02 - How To Connect/Reconnect Bitget API With FinRev

Setting Up Your API


  1. Ensure you're logged into your main Bitget account
  2. Click on 'Subaccounts' from the menu on the left
  3. Click on 'API Management'

  1. Select the 'Generate API Key' or 'Create API' button on the Right


  1. Select your sub-account from the dropdown. Fill in the Notes field such as ‘FinRev’


  1. Enter an 8-digit Passphrase which you will save to enter into your FinRev account


  1. Permissions:  Read-Write - Spot - Futures - Margin

  1. Enable Futures - Orders & Holding
  2. Click on ‘Next’
  3. Verify with your email and 2FA.

  1. Click on the 'Send link' to send yourself an email with the verification code.
  2. Copy the API Key and Secret to a seperate document along with your Passphrase for entry into your FinRev account. Or you can enter them directly into the API credentials tab in FinRev.

Connecting Bitget to FinRev


  1. Log in to your FinRev account at https://finrev.trade


  2. Hover over the Profile icon in the top right corner


  3. Select: 'Manage Account'


  4. Select: 'API Credentials'


  5. Enter the following details:


    • Exchange - Bitget
    • API Key - copy from your word doc or Bitget and paste here
    • API Secret - copy from your word doc or Bitget and paste here
    • Pass Phrase - enter the pass phase selected when setting up the API key
    • Select 'Save'

Your Bitget account is now connected to the FinRev portal.
