How to convert BTC to USDT on Kucoin

To convert Bitcoin (BTC) to USD Tether (USDT) on KuCoin, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that your BTC is in your Trading account on Kucoin

2. Go to Assets → Funding/Main account

3. Search for BTC

4. Transfer your 'BTC' from your Funding/Main account to your Trading account by clicking on the 'Transfer' link on the far right and transfer 'BTC' to your 'Trading Account'

5. Confirm the transfer by selecting "Main -> Trading" in the pop-up, selecting the coin and amount, and confirming

6. From top menu, choose Trade → Spot Trading

7. Enter your Trading Password in the lower right of the screen

8. The chart will default to BTC/USDT, which is correct→ See this in upper left corner of the screen

9. Above the 'BUY' section of the trade entry, (lower right corner) choose 'Market order'. On the SELL section of the order entry, enter the quantity of BTC or select a %

Then click the Red Sell BTC button.

10. This will convert your BTC into USDT. Click on 'Assets' at the top right to see your USDT funds in your Trading Account.

11. Transfer your USDT from your Trading account to your Main account by clicking on the 'Transfer' link on the far right and transferring USDT to your Funding/Main Account
